team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost  top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

•  Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other
sales techniques.
•  Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients.
•  Understand and promote company programs.
•  Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account
information regularly.
•  Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
•  Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
•  Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimise the sales effort.

Requirements:

•  1-3 years proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or relevant role.
•  Proficiency in English.
•  Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
•  Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
•  Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
•  Fast learner and passion for sales.
•  Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
•  Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
•  High school degree; BS/BA in business or a related field is a plus.
